Your Butt Ready in 4 Steps

1. Eat lots of fiber.

Fiber helps you clean your intestines and rectum, it collects particles. With fiber, your poop will come out more solid and more easily. The best sources of fiber are raw fruits and veggies like apples, broccoli, pears, and raspberries; black beans and lentils are good too, but if you are not used to eating them they might give you gas. Avoid milk products and flour (including whole wheat), they make your poop too soft and messy.

2. Don’t eat before sex.

Your last meal should be 3 hours before having sex, and make sure to go to the restroom before you are on all four, or legs up… or whatever position(s) you are trying.

3. Don’t hold it.

Go to the restroom, don’t hold it… and that includes gas (unless you are in a place where you want to follow proper etiquette). Holding them gets you a messy butt.

4. Wash with warm water.

When you shower you can use your finger to rinse it a few times. Some people try a small pump, just be careful when you stick it in and don’t go to deep or you might get hurt, don’t do it too often or it will dry your ass. You can also use enemas or other chemicals to wash it, but it’s better to just use water, chemicals can give you some problems in your intestines, infections, and make it easier for you to catch a sexually transmitted infection because they remove good bacteria that protect you.
